How Soul Of The Seasons is built
MIVAN aluminium formwork
The towers use MIVAN aluminium formwork rather than conventional brick-and-block construction. Walls and slabs are cast monolithically in a single pour, which produces a seamless finish, fewer joints for water to penetrate, and tighter dimensional consistency between units.
Zero common walls
No apartment shares a wall with its neighbour. Each home is structurally separated, which improves acoustic privacy and allows cross-ventilation on more than one face of the unit.
Low density and open space
594 homes on 9.65 acres, with more than 88% of the site left open to sky. The built footprint is concentrated into four towers so the remaining land carries landscape, amenities and walking trails rather than additional blocks.
