How the homes sit in the development
The 594 homes are distributed across four towers, each rising two basements plus ground plus 26 floors, on a 9.65-acre site. Because the built footprint is concentrated into four towers, more than 88% of the site stays open to sky — landscape, amenities and walking trails rather than additional blocks.
Residents share a 40,000 sq.ft clubhouse with over 70 amenities, including a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, yoga pavilion, pickleball court, cricket pitch, mini theatre, amphitheatre, sky lounge, library and co-working space, banquet hall, children's play area and BBQ dining.
